When you don’t wear your sterling you can store your jewelry in a zip-lock plastic bag. If needed, the best way to clean it is with a jewelry polishing cloth. Also please: Don’t wear it in the shower, pool, spa, or the beach. Avoid contacting with cosmetics and chemicals.
► RETURN and REFUND CONDITIONS
Due to the nature of handicraft, slight irregularities may occur and it is not a valid reason for returns. Faulty or damaged items must be sent back to us within 10 DAYS upon receiving. Please contact us before shipping the items back to us in the original condition. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces.
Engraved and Personalized Products:
All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. LILYNA SHOP will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
